It was 15 degrees in cologne when were there and they said this is winter in Germany. When asked can we change the hotel as we are feeling hot in the room. They said it is upfront payment and they will not give us refund. Never stay there again.

A walk along the Rhine was fabulous and English is widely spoken making for a Druck free visit. It was very easy to walk to the main sites and getting from the airport was straightforward and I always felt safe.
